No. Delete and share links are gated actions. Claude can prepare a move or draft a share link, but the file is only removed or the link only created once you approve it. The connector authenticates as your account, so it never reaches more than you can already reach yourself.
How an OneDrive connector works
We build a small MCP server that authenticates to OneDrive with OAuth and the narrowest scopes the work needs. Read tools (search, list, read file) and write tools (create, upload, move, rename, share) are separated, and destructive or outbound actions like delete and sharing require your confirmation. Claude only ever has the access your own Microsoft account already has.
