How a Qwilr connector works
We build a small MCP server that connects to Qwilr through its API using a scoped API access (bearer) token. The read tool (read a proposal by its page id) and write tools (create a page from a template, publish to a share link) are separated, and the publish step that makes a proposal shareable is gated behind your confirmation. Claude produces the ready-to-share Qwilr page and surfaces the share link rather than emailing the client directly. Claude only ever has the access your own Qwilr account already has, and access can be locked to known IP ranges if your setup calls for it.
