Can Claude book a client into a class in Mindbody?
Yes. Claude can book a client into a class or appointment through a Mindbody connector built on the Public API, and add them to a waitlist if the class is full. It can also check a client in. Cancellations are a separate, gated action that runs only after you confirm.
Can Claude update a client profile in Mindbody?
Claude can create or update a client profile with contact and contract details, and look up visit history and remaining session balances. Profile writes flow through the connector's scoped credentials, so Claude only ever touches the clients and fields your own Mindbody account can already reach.
Will Claude sell a membership in Mindbody without my approval?
No. Selling a membership, class pack, or pricing option is a gated, money-moving action. Claude can prepare the sale and show you the client, item, and price, but it only goes through after you approve it. You decide which write actions run freely and which always require a confirmation step.
How a Mindbody connector works
We build a small MCP server that connects to your Mindbody site through the Public API with scoped credentials and the narrowest source access the work needs.
